Delivery Information: We ship across UK & Ireland using Royal Mail delivery services.

We charge a flat rate for the regions below:-

Returns Policy IMPORTANT: Before returning an item to us you must call us (PHONE: +44 (0) 2871 269888) for a returns number. Items sent back without a returns number cannot be accepted.

When you return an item to us, please fill in the returns slip which will be included in your parcel. Your completed returns slip must then be returned with the goods to the address provided. We would suggest that you keep a note of your returns number in case you need to contact us regarding your return.

Non-faulty items must be sent back in their original unused condition within 14 days of the invoice date. Once received, we will offer an exchange or a full refund if required. You will be required to pay postage when returning your exchange items to us.

Faulty items are dealt with individually. Goods are guaranteed against manufacturing defects and all will have to be inspected by us and some by the manufacturer before we can accept them as faulty. Please return your goods to us - once we are satisfied the goods are faulty we will offer a FREE repair, replacement, exchange or refund.
